A stay in the thousand colors of the great south of Morocco
1st day: Marrakech, Ait-Benhaddou, Zagora:
Our tour begin passing by the magnificent Tichka Pass (High Atlas) which offers magnificent panoramas. Visit Aït-Benhaddou the most important Ksar of southern Morocco and superb example of the traditional pre-Saharan habitat. We will depart to Ouarzazate, desert door followed by lunch. We then go to the Draa Valley and its parade of palm trees. Break visit to the old ksar Tamnougalt, then continue to Zagora. Check in at the hotel, dinner, and overnight.
2nd day: Zagora, Tamgrout, Tagounite, Mhamid, Chegaga:
We will have breakfast with songs of birds. Then we will depart for a visit of the old village of Amzrou. Visit potters of Tamgrout and its Koranic library. After that, we’ll depart off road towards the desert and the dunes of Chegaga via Tagounite and Mhamid. Stay at the bivouac with camel trek and dinner listening to the Berber music. Night under the tents or under the stars.
3rd day: Chegaga, Foum Zguid, Tazenaht, Ouarzazate, Fint:
Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. Breakfast and departure by a sandy track to reach Iriki dry lake. Then we will meet with the nomads and see their houses. We continue the stony track to reach Foum Zguid. Lunch followed by a departure to Tazenaht, capital of the Berber carpet. Returning towards the oasis of Fint through a beautiful valley dotted with typical villages. Dinner with music and night in the oasis.
4th day: Fint, Ouarzazate, Marrakech:
Breakfast and stroll in the oasis then visit Ouarzazate, Kasbah of Taourirt, and movie studios. Back to Marrakech off road to Amerzgane, with lunch at Tichka. Arrival late afternoon in Marrakech.
